What counts as an “activated” shop?
You get paid for real, working shops — not just sign-ups. A shop counts as activated once you've helped them:
✓Add at least 5 products with photos
✓Take a photo of the shopfront
✓Confirm the shop's location on the map
✓Help them make their first real sale
